Return Policy

Please inspect your items upon receipt. 

Reports of shipping or concealed damage must be made within 72 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement. (Please note replacements also require our 3-5 business day production time. The replacement will be shipped via the same shipping method as the original order.)

Our general return policy is 15 days. If 15 days have elapsed since your item was delivered, we may not issue an exchange or refund. We cannot offer returns or refunds based on flaws in the original image file.

In some situations a partial refund may be granted, not limited to:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or shipping carrier.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (when applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to verify this processing and refund specifications.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Paypal - Please check your Paypal account. Often a refund will sit as a Paypal balance, or be used to offset another Paypal purchase.

Credit Cards - If you haven’t received a refund upon your first billing statement, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Debit Cards or Other Forms - Please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
